The provision, use, and sharing of information on the System must comply with current regulations on technology transfer, intellectual property, electronic transactions, personal data protection, information security, and other applicable laws.

Organizations and individuals participating in the Can Tho City Technology Exchange are responsible for ensuring that all information published on the System is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Members should regularly review and update their information whenever changes occur and conduct a review of all published content at least once every quarter.
If a technology, equipment, product, service, or cooperation request is no longer valid, members should proactively update, temporarily hide, or request the removal of the relevant information.

Organizations and individuals may introduce their capabilities, technologies, equipment, technical solutions, research results, inventions, and science and technology products to facilitate customers in searching, selecting, and establishing business connections.
Published information should include all required contents according to the System's templates, including the product or technology name, application field, description, features, key technical specifications, application potential, supplier information, and contact details.
Members are encouraged to provide images, videos, technical documents, and other supporting materials to help users better understand and evaluate the products or technologies.

Organizations, experts, and consultants may introduce their professional capabilities, experience, areas of expertise, and science and technology services available to customers seeking consulting services.
The introduction should clearly describe the areas of expertise, consulting services offered, implementation experience, available services, and representative projects or activities previously completed.
For services subject to specific legal requirements, participating organizations and individuals are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Organizations and individuals with ideas, inventions, technologies, research results, investment projects, startup projects, or cooperation needs may publish information to seek suitable partners.
The published content should clearly describe the objectives, business field, cooperation requirements, expected project scale, cooperation model, and preferred partner profile.
Members are encouraged to provide additional information on project progress, investment requirements, commercialization potential, and cooperation conditions to improve matching effectiveness.

Organize, manage, operate, and maintain the Can Tho City Technology Exchange, ensuring that the System operates stably, securely, and conveniently for users.
Support members during account registration, as well as the publication and updating of information, images, videos, documents, and other related content.
Receive, review, and moderate submitted information before publication to ensure that the content is consistent with the functions and objectives of the Exchange.
Reserve the right to request revisions, additions, temporary suspension, or removal of incomplete, inaccurate, expired, inappropriate, or potentially non-compliant content.
Receive and assist in handling feedback and inquiries related to user accounts, published content, and activities conducted on the System.
Develop and implement communication, promotional, and outreach programs to expand the membership network and attract organizations, enterprises, experts, investors, and intermediary organizations.
Coordinate with government agencies, organizations, enterprises, experts, and individuals in organizing technology supply-demand matching events, technology transfer consulting, partner matching, technology promotion, and technology demonstrations.
Provide technical support and handle technical issues arising during the use of the System while implementing necessary measures to ensure information security.

The Can Tho City Technology Exchange serves as a platform for information sharing, partner search, business networking, and technology transaction promotion among participating parties.
Organizations and individuals are responsible for independently evaluating and verifying information regarding partners, technologies, equipment, products, services, and related conditions before conducting transactions or signing agreements.
Cooperation, investment, trading, consulting, and technology transfer activities shall be conducted on the principles of voluntariness, equality, transparency, and self-responsibility.
The System Administration acts solely as the platform operator and facilitator and does not represent, guarantee, or assume responsibility on behalf of any party in transactions, agreements, or contracts entered into between members.

Members are solely responsible for the content they provide and publish on the System.
Publishing information on the Exchange does not affect the lawful ownership rights of members over their content, products, technologies, images, documents, or other related intellectual assets.
For the purpose of operating the Exchange, the System may store, display, classify, search, and compile information that has been made public by members.
Publicly available information may be used for technology supply-demand matching, promotional activities, statistical reporting, and communication related to the Exchange, in accordance with the published scope and applicable regulations.
Users' personal information and data shall be managed, processed, and protected in accordance with applicable laws and the System's policies.
